About the Role
As a Kitchen and Bath Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in turning our clients' visions into reality by delivering exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, and providing outstanding customer service. This position requires expertise in kitchen and bath remodeling, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen and bath remodeling, preferably with a focus on residential projects. Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of remodeling.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a wide range of tools, equipment, and materials relevant to kitchen and bath remodeling. Ability to interpret design plans and specifications accurately.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety protocols related to kitchen and bath remodeling. Familiarity with various materials, fixtures, appliances, and finishes.
Craftsmanship: Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship, paying close attention to detail and precision in all aspects of remodeling work.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative solutions to overcome challenges that may arise during remodeling projects.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

Requirements
Kitchen & Bath Remodeler (Laberor)
Project Execution: Execute kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, including demolition, construction, installation, and finishing work, while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling goals, preferences, and budgetary constraints. Provide expert advice and recommendations on design options, materials, fixtures, and finishes.
Design Interpretation: Interpret and translate design plans and specifications into actionable tasks, ensuring accurate execution of the remodeling project.
Carpentry and Construction: Perform skilled carpentry work, including framing, cabinet installation, countertop installation, tile setting, plumbing, electrical, and other necessary construction tasks.
Material Selection and Procurement: Assist clients in selecting appropriate materials, fixtures, appliances, and finishes, considering their functional requirements and aesthetic preferences. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the remodeling process. Conduct thorough inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and client communication. Capture and address any project variations or deviations promptly.
Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations throughout the remodeling process. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, taking necessary precautions to minimize risks.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the remodeling project.
