As we grow, we are looking to add a Project Manager to our team. We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to ensure our projects are successful. A successful candidate will:

• Follow, support and encourage company standards are followed on each project.

• Represent the company to all members of the project with professionalism and integrity. 

• Ability to engage with and encourage team members in order to get the best out of the whole team. 

• Maintain relationships and advocate for future opportunities for Casali Remodeling.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills both in person and virtually.

• Be highly organized and able to keep track of multiple details.

• Work well under pressure, including the ability to respond successfully to changing conditions.

• Ability to read, understand and follow building plans and drawings.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

• Ability to keep projects on schedule and meet deadlines, including meeting with owner and clients, scheduling team members, ordering material, scheduling subcontractors, scheduling inspections, ensuring quality standards are meet. 

• Keep track of project budgets.

• Track and manage hours spent per project. 

• Communicate daily and attend all meetings with owner and speak knowledgeably about the projects

• Strong proficiency with computers and construction service technology.

Relevant experience in construction is required. 

Experience in interior remodels, specifically kitchens and bathrooms, and additions is preferred.

Project Management Professional Certification is a plus.
