Sudden Valley Home Remodel

A new home purchase is upgraded to be move-in ready.

Our clients purchased a home in Sudden Valley and wanted to make some changes before moving in. They loved all the trees and nature around the house, so they wanted to add more windows and create an open concept to make the space larger and brighter. Four large windows were installed to open the space to the outside. Painting all the walls white gave the space a more cohesive look and allowed the beauty of the outdoors to shine. Matte black and chrome hardware and lights were used throughout to achieve a modern rustic style. Carpet was removed from the stairs and second floor and a cherry laminate was installed to bring warmth to the space. All three bathrooms were remodeled with tile, quartz countertops, undermount sinks, toilets, faucets, mirrors, and vanity lights. The gas fireplace was replaced and framed in with black slate tile and topped with a large live edge mantle. The kitchen was opened up by removing a wall and creating a peninsula with seating. An undermount stainless steel single basin sink, chrome pull-down faucet, quartz countertop, green glass arabesque backlash tile, matte black pulls, an over the range hood, and custom wood shelves were installed. Now the house feels like a brand new space and is ready for the clients to move in.
