The client wanted to add 800 sq. ft. to their home. It was important for the client that the addition looked cohesive to the existing home. So a lot of care was taken to match the existing structure with board and batten siding and a combination of shingles at 12" and 6" reveals. A spacious master bedroom was built on the second floor of the addition. It boasts large, custom windows (yes, that big one is 10'x8'). The first floor has a guest bedroom and a vaulted dormer. The client can enjoy their new living space and share it with friends who come to visit too.
