The clients have a growing family and needed more room. So the space between the house and the garage was used to create a 450 sqft addition. The garage was also converted into livable space. After relocating the front door, the homeowners were happy to have two new bedrooms, a new bathroom, and a new large living room.

Some of the project requirements included raising the roof, updating electrical, and adding a new HVAC to accommodate the increased square footage. Trim added throughout the house blends the new and established home seamlessly. Now the family has extra space to grow and live comfortably.
