The client wanted to add a garage, carport, and ramp to their waterfront home. The garage was built to look like it was part of the existing home. An open carport on the side of the garage was built to increase the protected parking area. The addition of a ramp to their patio makes aging in place possible. Now the client and their visitors can park multiple vehicles out of the elements and safely get in and out of the house.
