Giving an outdated bathroom and utility bathroom a rustic feel.
The clients wanted to update three bathrooms in their home. After a discussion, they decided to start with two bathroom, one of which included a utility room. We saved the materials list to complete the third bathroom later on. The client loves warm colors and a natural, rustic aesthetic. The front door landing has slate tile, so we decided to use porcelain tile that looked like slate to continue the same style throughout the house. Fixtures in oil rubbed bronze were used to add to the warmth of the space. A quartz countertops and undermount sinks create a durable and easy to clean surface for the custom wood vanities. An existing alcove tub in the master bathroom was converted into a zero-entry tile shower with a niche. A glass enclosure keeps the bathroom dry while maintaining an unobstructed view of the tile shower. We hope the clients enjoy their updated, rustic master and utility bathrooms and look forward to working with them again soon.
