The client bought a cozy home in downtown Bellingham. The client wanted to make the home more functional and increase value by converting the single bathroom in the house to a separate master bathroom and powder room. The client enjoys light, bright, and simple finishes. Therefore, light colors and chrome finishes were used throughout both spaces. A Moroccan floor tile was used to add some color and pattern in the space and subway tile with wave was used in the shower to add texture. We hope the client is able to enjoy the privacy of having their own separate master bathroom and powder room for guests.
